IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Full payment of the deposit and the 6 months advance rental is a requirement before check-in.
• If you have not made the deposit payment, kindly do so within seven (7) days from this email or your booking shall be cancelled.
• Rooms are allocated based on availability. Should the room type chosen by you is not available, we shall allocate the next available room type for you.
• Kindly inform us your actual check-in dateto facilitate preparation of room prior to your arrival.
•  Failure to check-in after the commencement date of your programme/course will result in forfeiture of all payments made and immediate release of room booked without further notice to you.

Mr. Chia will be picking you at the airport at approximately 3.20 p.m. The journey from Taylor’s University to KLIA takes approximately 45 to 90 minutes, subject to traffic condition.  

Please be informed that the Taylor's students are allowed to perform their own immigration clearance and they must bring the following documents for Immigration Clearance purposes. The documents are:

I)                    A copy of Visa Approval

II)                  A copy of Letter of Acceptance

III)                Original passport for verification

IV)               One way ticket is acceptable (provided student has the Visa Approval Letter and Single Entry Visa). Should you have any difficulties during the immigration clearance, please contact Mr. Chia.

Mr. Chia/his staff will be waiting for you at the Old Town Coffee (outside of Arrival Hall). Please purchase a local phone sim card from the airport and call Mr. Chia if you are unable to locate him.

You are required to inform us at least 24 hours in advanced should there is any last minute change e.g. you have decided to make your own way to Taylor’s Lakeside Campus.

There are 4 documents we need in order to do the certification during reporting for NEW student. The documents are:

1)      ORIGINAL RESULTS

2)      ORIGINAL PASSPORT

3)      LETTER OF OFFER

4)      VISA APPROVAL LETTER

TAKE NOTE that reporting cannot be completely processed without above mentioned documents.
