Mr. Chia from the International Office will be picking you at the airport at approximately 09.55pm. The journey from Taylor’s University to KLIA takes approximately 45 to 90 minutes, subject to traffic condition.  

Please be informed that the Taylor's students are allowed to perform their own immigration clearance and they must bring the following documents for Immigration Clearance purposes. The documents are:
I)      A copy of Visa Approval Letter (scanned/photocopy/original copy is acceptable; please always make an additional copy for the Immigration Officer),
II)     A copy of Letter of Acceptance (scanned/photocopy/original copy is acceptable; please always make an additional copy for the Immigration Officer),

III)    Original passport for verification,
IV)    One way ticket is acceptable (provided student has the Visa Approval Letter and Single Entry Visa). Should you have any difficulties during the immigration clearance, please contact Mr. Chia at +60167255234.

Mr. Chia will be waiting for you at the Burger King restaurant (outside of Arrival Hall). Please purchase a local phone sim card from the airport and call Mr. Chia if you cannot locate him.

Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advanced should there is any last minute change eg. you have decided to make your own way to Taylor’s Lakeside Campus.

Kindly do your reporting at our International Office Counter at Aspiration Block, Level 2 on your arrival day.
There are 4 documents we need in order to do the certification during reporting for NEW student. The documents are:
1)      ORIGINAL RESULTS (which student must bring with them & they should have a copy)
2)      ORIGINAL PASSPORT
3)      LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE
4)      COPY OF VISA APPROVAL LETTER
Please be noted that reporting cannot be completely processed without above mentioned documents.
