Hi BK,
Generally, it is the student’s responsibility to acquire the release letter from the University, and not via Agents or Swinburne Universitiy, in this case.

Did Limkokwing University gives any reasons why they have rejected your request or M*****’s request for the release letter? Are there any particularly issues e.g. outstanding payment?
As a supporting document, perhaps the University can issue a letter to address that L** M**** was a full time student of the Foundation program and has successfully completed the program on a certain date?

Additionally, if you or M***** could provide an email communication that the University refuses to issue release letter for no reasoning, we can submit the communication to the Sarawak Immigration department for reference.

Good morning. Thank you for sending the Application for Scholarship form.

The Swinburne Sarawak Emerging Technology Bursary has a value of award – Up to 20% off from first year tuition fee, applicable for student who enrol into Bachelor of Design (Multimedia Design). Therefore, L** M***** is eligible.

Based on the record from Semester 1, 2016 – students with similar CGPA range with Lee Minkyu (i.e. 3.37), has been awarded up to 15% off from first year tuition fee.  However, the final value of award is subject to the approval from the Award committee.
