Effective January 1^st, 2014,  - The Malaysian Immigration requires that international students (even from selected Commonwealth countries) apply for an Entry Visa (EV) from a Malaysian Embassy/Consulate/High Commission in your country or a neighboring country. The EV must be applied TOGETHER with the Visa Approval Letter. Failure to apply for a EV may result in you being denied entry into Malaysia or being allowed in under a Social Visa which CANNOT be converted into a Student Visa. Latest information can be obtained from the Immigration website (http://www.imi.gov.my/index.php/en/component/content/article/40-pengumuman/1009-updates-on-international-students-on-visa-requirements

PLEASE CARRY ALL YOUR IMMIGRATION DOCUMENTS WITH YOU WITH YOUR HAND LUGGAGE. DO NOT HAND OVER YOUR ORIGINAL VISA APPROVAL LETTER TO THE MALAYSIAN EMBASSY/CONSULATE/HIGH COMMISSION AS YOU WILL NEED IT WHEN YOU ENTER MALAYSIA.

Our clearance officer will help you go through immigration clearance only. You are to check-in to HELP Residence on 25^th April 2016.

Students are reminded that they CANNOT clear themselves from Immigration upon arrival and will require an authorized official from HELP University/Academy to do so. Please note if students arrive without Single Entry Visa based on respective country requirements, authorities have a right to deny entry / endorsement of Visa thereafter.

* A fee of RM300 will be charged for short arrival notice.

-On 21^st April 2016 (Thursday) 9.30am, please report to International  Student Services Department for briefing. Please bring your passport and have your breakfast before coming.
