하지만, 아직도 영어 능력 시험을 채점하지 않아서 수속이 지연되고 있는 상황이라는 설명

We have also assessed his academic entry qualification – he is eligible for entry into Swinburne Foundation Studies (Business) based on the result transcript-x provided.
However, the student is required to meet the University’s English language requirement. With reference to K** J*********’s EPT Test, we will send it for marking and get back to you by next week.

Thank you for your email and good day to you too!
Please be informed that EMGS is not implemented in Sarawak state of Malaysia. As such, unlike other institutions in the Western states of Malaysia, Swinburne Sarawak deals directly with the Sarawak Immigration Department of Malaysia on visa matters.
Due to the above, you will not be able to check the visa application status on EMGS website.
In the university’s dealing with the Sarawak Immigration department, the Visa Approval Letter for K** J********* will likely be ready sometime in February.
I hope the above clarifies the situation and there is no problem with the student’s application. If there is anything, we will be in contact.
