J L** Y******’s accommodation has been confirmed as room number North wing 333L. Is it possible you may assist Lee to log in her student portal to request for airport pick up via system? Or provide me her password, I’ll log in to inform pick up team. Everything now must be gone through system to avoid any delay, miscommunication, etc.
