Good Morning.

Please refer below:

1. I have already sent the flight details itinerary, bank slip and hostel form copy to International and Accommodation Office and they have acknowledge the receipt of the documents. Please ensure that Mr Song Hoyun applied and got his Single Entry Visa (SEV) stamped inside the passport before his departure. Please send me a copy of his SEV once he receives it.

2. Please take note to wait for our representative, Mr Thanesh at KLIA 2 Immigration Office once he arrives at KLIA 2 on Wednesday 08th January 2020 at 09.45 pm and DO NOT exit the Immigration Counter without our representative. Please take note on this.

4. He MUST report to International Office on Thursday 09th January 2020 early morning at 8.00 am for his post-VAL medical screening together with his original passport.

5. Please ask him to bring along ALL ORIGINAL copy of his academic results, transcript-xs, or any other relevant results on 09th January 2020.

6. I set (4 photos) of blue background passport-size photo (for visa endorsement process later at Seremban Immigration Department).

7. Enough money for your daily expenses (before and after getting a student visa), etc.

8. Purchase local number sim card from airport after arrival.
