10월 23일 2차비용 송금, 영수증 발급 확인

10월 25일 SEV 회수 확인

출국 전 브리핑 진행

2차비용 입금 영수증 확인, 기숙사 에약 확정

항공권 예약 요청

11월 19일 항공권 확정, 12월 24일 / D7 509 / 05:55 도착

11월 28일 픽업 확정, 기숙사 확정, 기숙사 준비 사항 공지

픽업 담당자 이름과 연락처 전달

기숙사는 도착 이후 외부 기숙사 사무실에 보고 하고, 지원서 2장, 사진, 여권 첫 페이지, 렌탈 지불

Checklist:

• 1. Original Application form

• 2. Resident card application form (as attached, please fill up before arrival)

• 3. 3 passport sized photos with student’s full name written behind

• 4. 1 Copy of Passport (self information page only)

• 5. Rental payment (first 4 months rental) before or on the check in date, payment can be made:

• (i) cheque

• (ii) bank in slip / online transfer receipt
