*** As per your email, Ms Vijaya will help the student go through the Immigration clearance ONLY. The student friend's will pickup Jeong Young Hwan and his mother at the airport.

*** Student are reminded that they CANNOT clear themselves from Immigration upon arrival and will require an authorized official from HELP University/Academy/HELP CAT to do so.

*** Student are reminded not to exit the Immigration Counter and has to wait for our pickup officer at the EMGS Counter/Booth (kindly refer to the attachment) to do the Immigration and airport clearance at the airport.

*** Student are reminded to bring the copies of e-VAL and offer letter upon arrival.

*** The student is advise to report to the International Student Services Dept (Level 5) on 22 March 2019 at 10:30 am.

*** International Student Services Department will not be responsible if the student enter to Malaysia under social visa.
