아래 수기들은 올해 01월에 Taylor's에서 어학 과정으로 등록 하신분들이 겪으신 일들을 제가 정리해서 올려 드리는 내용이세요.

저의 경우, 수속하시는 모든 분들께, 한국에서 비용 처리를 하고, 반드시 송금 전문 및 학교 영수증을 챙기라고 말씀을드리고 있어요. 그런데, 송금을 했는대도 학교의 말단 직원들이 확인이 안되서, 비용을 다시 내라는 경우가 있어요. 학생분들 입장에서는 모든 비용을 납부 했는데, 다시 내라고 하니 매우 당황 스럽고, 겁을 먹으시는데, 그때에는 언제든지 저에게 연락을 주세요.

최근 이와 같은 사례를 겪으신 분들이 계셔서, 학교측과 제가 문제를 해결 하는과정을 아래와 같이 정리해 드리니 참고 하셔서 읽어 보시고, 꼭 주의 하시기를 바랄게요.

03월 02일 학생분들로 부터 기숙사 직원이 기숙사 비용을 내라고 요청을 받았다고 문의가 들어옴
             한국에서 비용 납부를 했지만, 다시 기숙사 비용을 내라고 요청 받음
             출국전 이런 문제 가능성을 미리 알렸기에, 학생들은 도착 직후 Taylor's에서 영수증을 받음
             이와 동시에 Agent(아시아유학, 남병구)에게 바로 연락

             학생분들에게 Taylor's에서 받은 영수증을 사진을 찍어서 카톡으로 보내 달라고 요청
             카톡으로 총 5개의 영수증을 받음

             당일 오후 학교 기숙사 담당자 및 직원들에게 Taylor's 영수증을 첨부 하고 학생들의 비용 납부가
             한국에서 이루어 졌음을 증명, 또한, 영수증 이내에 남은 잔액을 확인하고, 이 비용이 기숙사 비용임을 증명

             모자라는 금액은 환율차로 인해 발생 확인

Good day~

Ms. K** A**** & Ms. K** D* U* have a problem on their accommodation fee payment.
Both of them are studying IEP and staying at Lakeside campus twin sharing RM 820 per month.

According to them, they were asked to pay the 6 month's accommodation fee.
But they've remitted it in Korea and Taylor's confirmed that the money was received by Original Receipt.

I've attached Ms. K** A****'s OR from Taylor's.
Ms. K** D* U*'s OR is the same as Areum's.

Please open the file named "K** A**** OR3.1 - Excess payment.jpg". You can find that there is excess payment RM 4,615.51 in her account (D* U*'s account as well).
This is 6 month's accommodation fee.

RM 820 * 6 months = RM 4,920

The shortage will be paid by cash if Taylor's confirms with Accommodation department.


They will visit accommodation office again.
Please pass this information to the staff of accommodation department and do not ask them to pay the 6 month's rental.
And I hope Taylor's can transfer the money to Accommodation department directly.

I think student know my office. My old office is at hostel office. Last friday i just move to new office but the new office student cannot enter. Do not worry i will be at my old office on this Wed afternoon. All the student can come to see me every Wed afternoon.

I did not see both student yet. Actually both student can see any of our officer in charge in the accommodation office if they have any problem with the fee.
Base in my record student already pay full rental for Jan to May 2012 but still have balance student need to pay for Jun 2012. Jun Rental is RM820.00 but student only pay RM515.51. Student still have balance of RM304.49 need to pay. Thank

             학생분들은 자체적으로 Payment Counter에서 문제 없음을 확인, 
             남은 비용은 05월 초순경에 지불 하라고 조언을 드림, 문제 해결

문제 종결 보고

- 위 문제를 통해서도 학생들은 반드시 도착 이후, 한국에서 송금한 비용에 대한 학교측의 영수증 원본을 반드시 보관 해야 한다는 사실을 재 확인

- 영수증 원본 혹은 한국에서 송금한 영수증이 있는한 비용 납부에 대해서는 언제든지 Agent(볼꽃)를 통해 확인 가능

- 영수증 원본은 추후 보증금을 돌려 받기 위해서도 반드시 필요 하며 보관 할 필요가 있음

- 학생들은 언제든지 Agent(불꽃)에게 송금 금액 조회 및 보증을 확인 가능, 다만, 이 경우 유료 수속에 한함
