01월 30일 건강 검진서 회수, 모두 정상, 1차지원비 송금 대기중
02월 03일 1차지원비 입금 확인, 모든 서류 접수
02월 08일 입학허가서, 입금영수증 발급
02월 14일 EMGS 접수 요청,
02월 18일 학교측에 비자 신청 할 것을 요청,
02월 24일 비자 진행 상황 05%, 다시 한번 추가 진행을 할 것을 요청,
02월 25일 비자 진행 상황 10%,
02월 26일 비자 진행 상황 15%,
02월 27일 비자 진행 상황 35%,
03월 03일 비자 진행 상황 70%, 입학허가서 발급일로 부터 04주 소요
SEV는 일본에서 직접 신청 예정
03월 05일 항공권 확정, 03월 19일 / D7 383 / 05:50 , 대만 경유편이라 대만 경유가 가능한지 확인 요청
2차비용 송금, 입금 영수증 발급 요청, 기숙사는 필요치 않음
03월 09일 픽업 확정
IMPORTANCE NOTES:
- Ensure you already have your SEV (see sample of SEV stamp 1 or 2) travelling to Malaysia.
- Once you have arrived at the airport, do contact IO Hotline at +6019-3362242 or via Whatsapp, WeChat, LINE, KakaoTalk or Viber.
- Upon arrival at airport, go to the Immigration Office (next to immigration counter). Please wait for our representative there to clear you from the immigration. You have to present the Visa Approval Letter [VAL] and Sunway Offer Letter [LO].
- Ensure that there is a Special Pass (SP) stamp in your passport when it is returned to you (see sample of SP stamp).
- Our representative will only wait for you within 3 hours once your flight landed.
You must report to International Office in Sunway campus after 14 days of self-quarantine.
