P*** Y**** is not eligible for foundation in arts as she has no English subject in year 12. She is eligible for diploma and bachelor degree in culinary and her IELTS has met the English requirement as well. For student who is interested in culinary major, choosing a diploma will always be a better choice as diploma has cooking classes while foundation programme does not have.
